Holiday!
It depends on how you see it. We have about a month...
This month is used for those who're slower learners (like myself) to catch up with the rest and also for the cleverer people... (I shall not name who) to slack a bit, so when school re-opens, we're on par with each other! M.O.E has such a good plan with everything.
Thanks to all who helped me pass my maths. English will have to buck up. Dunno why some people just cannot stop bragging about their marks. The way they put it is like "Oh, I expected a distinction for it lei!"
Oh yes, I found an article in the Today newspaper lei! Guess who wrote it! Oh, my god.
I scanned it and put it inside. Feel it is a bit motivating. Was shocked when I saw the name. Dunno whether is really him or not. haha.

Re: Roll Roll, Roll your boat... Mango Shrimp Roll!!!
Mango Prawn Rolls (Serves 4)
Ingredients15 pcs of tiger prawn meat
a bit of White pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 sweet mango (remove skin and seed, dice it into cubes of 1cm x 1cm x 1cm)
20 pcs of Spring Roll sheet (can buy from supermarket one)
Mayonnaise
1 egg (Remove egg yoke. Use only egg white.)
Method
1. Shell tiger prawns, remove veins and cut into 6 equal smaller pieces for each prawn.
2. Throw in the salt and pepper, with the prawns. "Massage" prawns and put into fridge to cool (Dun freeze it!) Marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Layout spring roll sheet, put one 3 pieces of prawn meat, 2 piece of mango and squeeze abit of mayonnaise onto it.
4. Roll up to seal. Fold in from the sides, then roll up from the bottom.
5. Use your finger to dap a bit of the egg white and apply on the ends when you roll up the Spring roll.
6. Deep fry for 5 mins / Or stir fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil. Over medium heat. Dun kan chiong and on big fire until the outside burn and inside raw.
7. Serve hot.
Notes
1. Make sure you drain the fried roll..as oil may stay inside the roll.
2. Since the mixture is wet, the roll sheet gets damp and tears easily.
3. Make sure you wrap it up properly!

Couching Potato, Hidden Dragon...
There's this something which I loved alot as a kid and I finally found the recipe from my neighbour. It turned out that she likes this dish too! Wow. It's a small world. But.. the story is true.
I love potato croquettes. Nothing beats deep-fried carbohydrates. haha!!
This is a very simple recipe which everyone can make. Let's do it!
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 potatoes
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon full cream fresh milk
- 50 to 80 gms of cooked ham or cooked seafood like fish, crab or prawns (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of plain flour
- breadcrumbs to coat
- 1 egg beaten
Simply, boil the potatoes in some water for 10 to 15 minutes (tip: if you make soup and accidentally add too much salt, you can drop in a potato and it will help absorb the salt). Remove the potatoes, drain them and mash your soft potato chucks while still hot. Add in the butter, pepper, salt and milk. Mix well and add in your ham or seafood (if you ham is salty, you do not need to add salt).
Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape into 2 inch long rolls. Flour the palm of your hands and pat each roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the breadcrumbs and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain on a paper towel to remove the excess oil and eat while still hot.
Serve with a little bit of mayonnaise. hehe. Well, if you're afraid of getting fat, all you need to do is...
dun eat lo! hehe.
In "LOO-ving" memory...
Toilets of the world unite…
Pee, urinal. Pee, pee, urinal.
Shit, cubicle. Shit, shit, cubicle.
(I can’t continue this cheer anymore. It’s a bit gross. Any ideas, please contribute. Thanks.)
Let’s face it. We all need to use the toilet at some point in our lives – Even when you constipate – and there’s one organisation which dedicates its cause to the regular maintenance of all the toilets in the world. That’s the World Toilet Organisation (WTO).
Maybe Kranji should have a KTO (Kranji Toilet Organisation) also. The toilets in the canteen is… urgh; so sucky… Also some toilets are haunted. Eee. Damn scary when you’re inside alone. Sometimes so scared that when I wash my hands, I don’t dare to look at the mirror. Haha.
Also, I remember when I was in Sec one, the level one toilets at level one that’s nearest to the field, is a bit scary, cos it’s like very big. An also got a lot of cubicles. Like all the cubicles were lined up side by side. Something might just pop “its head” from one of the cubicles and freak you out. Haha.
That said, it’s not meant to scare you. Good good. Maybe I can put a series of ghosts stories after my food-related posts comes to the end of its season!
Have fun. Oh, here’s the link if you’re interested in finding out more about the WTO. Lol.
http://www.worldtoilet.org/
Oh, yes. By the way, I already know who posted the last comment. It's an officer. haha and it's................................ Sir Kenneth! Your "hahaha" at the end of your sentence gave you away. hehe. Only you will "laugh" like that. clever right.

Carls' Junior? More like "Carl's Jumbo!"
Ok, so I was at Vivo City yesterday, with my friends... It's so huge. There're alot of shops lo! But all the shops all a bit small small one. Haha. Only a few shops were big. But it's really like a shopping heaven. Things aren't going on sale yet, but it's really alot of variety lo!
Anyway, the Great Singapore Sale is coming soon! Visit http://www.greatsingaporesale.com.sg/ to find out more!!!
Yup. So as you can see above... Carl's Junior is the food of the town!
Though a bit expensive, but it's really huge... I ordered the Barbeque chicken something... Can't really remember the name. *Lost my memory after I finished eating the burger.* haha. Whoa! So big, can. Really so huge that even a person with the biggest mouth cannot fit a mouthful of the burger into the mouth.
I have to seperate it into halves and eat! Haha. Ok, that means I got 樱桃小嘴 (Meaning, small mouth, just like a cherry) LOL!
Nevertheless... I finished the burger Ok!
Their lemon tea very special lei... They give u the cup then u pour the tea urself... *of course this is not the special part, stupid* Then u add lemon... *No, this is not special too...*
Then you have to pour syrup (i think is sugared water) one lei!!! I ask my friend why need to pour syrup.. Then she say, "you try la, dun pour syrup and drink"
Whoa! The bitterness is the "can-die" type. Haha.
$10 ++! Eat until stomach explode also will eat one! Wahaha!
Ok, That's all for now. Let's have a KSJ gathering there one day!!!

Re: study study study...
Heard the Kranji Newsletter going to be printed liao, but dunno when it's coming out. Wonder if there'll be any articles featuring me! haha. Maybe I'll be the "cover person", even though the chances are very small.
Well, well. Maybe I can be recruited into the Newsletter Committee!
Oh yes, heard about many other things also, like on 27 May got Fire-fighting and prevention course. Read about it from cadets in other corps; seems fun! I didn't know actually different coloured fire extinguishers are used for different types of fire one!
Somemore I don't know whether we can fight a real fire anot! haha. I wanna go!
Anway, just finished playing audition. Getting a bit bored with it already. I think I need more sleep instead. Look forward to KSJ training - ie end of exams!

Frying an Egg.
You can have a soft, moist fluffy omelette without using it. Try this recipe meant for two persons:
Fluffy omelette:
- 4 eggs (room temperature), separate yoke and whites
- 3 to 4 tablespoon fresh milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Beat the egg yolk and add in the milk, salt and pepper. Beat the egg white separately till stiff and fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg white. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the mixture. Cook slowly until the bottom is brown and the egg mixture sets. Place the pan under a grill to further cook the omelette until the top is lightly brown. Watch the omelette as it browns very quickly.
PS I would add some bacon chips in the egg mixture for a tastier omelette.
And for those of you out there, who're guessing who I am, not need to guess. I just want to blog about Kranji St John and a little bit of my life... Do my little bit for Kranji only... I dun wanna play the guessing game le la... But can I keep my identity secret?
Messy, messy, messy
Passed by the St. John Room today, saw the condition inside, really a little bit messy lei. Haha. Maybe Cheung Weng can clean up a bit, or maybe Sze Him can help clean up also, my friend was like saying, "haiya, be like the BB la. Use photo boards to cover their window panes, then inside like pig sty also nobody knows. Haha. Image ma."
I was like "Er..." You're from BB and you're saying that?!
Whatever it is, today is Friday lo! Two more weeks will have SJ training again. Heard Sir CK is coming down lei. Wonder how he looks in Botak head. If I botak, how will I look ah? haha. Well, well. Will only know in about another few years' time, cos I'm going into NS.
Excited sia. Army seems fun and Sir Choon Siong is an officer in the army lei! Cool sia.
Ok. Multiple identities. The guessing game continues.
P.S. To increase the difficulty of this, I'll be taking different identities to post. So I think now u must be racking your brains; who the hell is this?!

Caught Already?! Game Over?
So fast! It's only my third post! Oh, nvm. It's alright. Lucky I never put my name. hahahahahahahah~
So happy finding, Ong! Hehe. That's what the cute Sir Kenneth always call him. Wonder what he calls him in private. Dear?! haha. Maybe they gay also we dunno. Anyway, better dun say too much. Later Carrot scold. haha.
I think Sir Shen Yang can go and join the Police intelligence team already. Everything also can find. I bet he was the one who found all our blogs and tell the officers one lor. Fierce also not enough, must track us somemore. Hai~
Just read his blog - found me liao le lor.... so sian. so fast get caught le. Anyway... that means I'm watching the Officer's blogs also la. Watch out! Cos this is my way of fighting back. You stare at us, we stare at you. You watch us! We watch YOU!. haha.
I can be a senior NCO also what or best, I am an officer. haha. Quick Quick! Greet me! haha.
not necessary cadet ah.. haha. He thinks that I'm going to do harm to Kranji St John lo. haha~ But coming to think of it ah... What he say does makes a bit of sense. But haiya~ I just say whatever I like here lo... No one knows about me anyway...
Dunno whether it's a good thing to write this here, but I feel he also very Ke Lian. RSM dunno what post la, but sounds like he have to act very fierce like that. Sometimes when he smiles, can make you feel so scared one. But when he crack jokes - even if it's a lame one - people will still feel a bit relieved la, at least we know he's not angry or what.
Whoa! write so much about him already. haha. Just pouring my thoughts out. BleahX =P

Katong Laksa!
Food: Katong Laksa
Venue: Bugis
Person: Me and Mum
Exams are so boring and the paper today is damn tough, can... Ok. I won't say what paper. Or else you will know liao...
But looking on the bright side of life, *Always look on the bright side of life, *Whistle whistle...**
Haha. Ok. L is for LAME...
Went to Bugis today with my mum... Yes, I know it's a bit weird to go to Bugis on a Thursday and with my mum! I mean.. who would go there with your mum, right. Like Bugis is such a I-won't-wanna-go-with-my-mum kinda place...
Nvm. My mum brought me to this Coffee shop at Bugis. It's beside the OG shopping centre only, like a "roadside stalls" like that, by the side of another building. Not very familiar with this part of bugis, apart from the GuanYin Temple there. Very famous one.
Their Katong Laksa damn special. *You must be thinking: "Like what? The noodles can fly ah?"*
No la. stupid. The noodles are cut up into small strips and then they give you spoon to eat one! Special right?! haha. Mum say last time the real Katong Laksa is use spoon to eat one. So I'm eating the real Katong Laksa! haha.
Not too expensive. $3 only. Quality is not bad. 7 out of 10. But it's a little jia lat la. When it rains, the rain water will seep thru' the big umbrella, dunno is whether it got holes or what. Rainwater just *Toop!* drop on your head. Haha. Lucky didn't drop into my Laksa. But it drop into my Kopi-O, can... wa lao....
Summary: Food is good, place is ok. Service also not bad. Worth coming back.
Hello Everyone!

Well, well... If you're guessing who I am, then I would say.. forget it. You'll never get it!
No la, not the officers, man. I suppose they're too free to do nothing than to write a blog! Cadets... I suppose la. Maybe too busy with school work, so won't be able to update this blog as regularly as I do... So who am I? haha. That's for me to know and for you to find out.
Maybe I should say something related to KSJ to let you believe I'm one of you. haha.
Ok, your boss is what... Sir Derrick something right... Then number two in command is of course our Dear Ms Tan!
Number three... not so sure is who la. Choon Siong something, right...
